That is a lie, another nonsense fan made. "Kuririn had his dormant Ki awakened by the Namek Elder during the events of Freeza, but this has been his only "enhancement". You mean the sleeping powers that made him just strong enough for reecom to beat him with a single kick. "Kuririn has trained hard most of his life, becoming extremely powerful and proving it in combat with many foes." Who are the many foes??????????? Let me guess,cell saga when krillin was the only one too scared to even fight the androids when the time came or in the Buu saga,where Tien fares better against Super Buu with Piccolo and Gotenks absorbed than Krillin did against Super Buu with nobody absorbed. Tien also proves his strength by deflecting a blast from Super Buu (W/SS3 Gotenks, and Piccolo ). Maybe in the sayan saga, krillin took a single kick from Nappa and he was out, he couldn't move, he had to rely on gohan and piccolo to do most of the work then Goku comes along, cleans house and gives krillin a freakin senzu bean. And tien stays without a arm and nappa kicks him and he stills tries to kill him with a tri- beam canon. This is an article full of inconsistencies and lies.

First part of that about the Ki-manipulation. What it means is that Krillin (use Krillin because its easier too type) can use his powers in creative ways as well as being able to feel other characters powers better then most character and he has. First off other than Goku, Krillin was one of the first character to maniputale the Kamahameha to change direction in a instant. Against the Saibamen he used a energy technique (Kakusandan) that destroyed the remain S-Men. The first to use and properly display the Kienzan as well as learn to use multiple Kienzan. Learn to fly on his own without a master training them like Tein with Crane and Goku with Kami. The only Non-Goku person to handle the Genki Dama, yes created by Goku but if Krillin didn't have the abliliy to control ki he wouldn't have the ability to form the energy into a ball (by the way was the first time we seen the true from of the Genki Dama. Manga wise it was not until the Freeza saga we seen Goku use the true form of the G-Dama.) Now it does not have to say something to show its true. Other than Goku what character can manipulate ki as Krillin has? Tien? close, Yamcha? come on, not even Piccolo, Gohan, Trunk (both), Goten or Vegeta has shown such manipitalion of ki as Krillin has in these creative ways.

Now about the statment about Krillin has trained hard most of his life, becoming extremely powerful and proving it in combat with many foes. That is true and these are the enemies he has show it to. This will show manga, anime and movie villians. Piccolo Daimao henchman Tambourine, Despite being scared at first and being killed he did fight him. Next is Piccolo himself. despite Piccolo was clearly stronger Krillin did surprise Piccolo with strength, several move and technique. Next is yes Nappa, against a Saiyan several time stronger than himself, Krillian was the only character that could have physically hurt Nappa, remember the Kienzan was the only technique that phyically hurt Nappa and if Vegeta didnt warn Nappa would have killed him. Tiens Tri Beam only slowed nappa down and had no true physical damage other smoke scares on his body. Help against Oozaru Vegeta, Next Krillin's involvement in the Namek affair and when the Z-Fighter fought Freeza before Goku arrived. Ya we was afraid to fight the android but he did attack Cell several time, Anime when chasing Cell and fought Cell off to save that family, twice, when Cell chase 18 before and after perfection. The first to attack a Cell jr without mush hesitation and help to try stop Cell during his fight with Gohan (Kamehameha battle). Movie wise we got his involvement in stopping Garlic jr, Dr Wheeler, Coola, Broly, Bio Broly. I could go on. But even though most of the time Krillin was defeated he has show heart and shown he is powerful enough to hold his own against many enemies. So no this article does not lie about such thing that are state.

Also Tien did not fare better than any other character that got crushed by Buu. Ya he stopped a energy blast with his Tri beam. How many character has stopped a stronger blast with a seemingly weaker one? Just guess. and Tien got knocked out with one swift kick to the chin by Buu's bottom half. nice try using that. You are funny and a fanboy that's all. Your fan conclusions about krillin ki manipulation are fan made and pathetic, tri-beam is much more difficult and dangerous to master than kamehameha and tien made kamehameha effortlessly in the first time he saw it,however the great krillin had to train years to do the same,he couldn't even beat dracula man.Piccolo junior without any master in his life by himself learned to fly alone which means Piccolo is far superior in ki manipulation than krillin ,etc,etc,so your fan krillin vision is ridiculous.There isn't 1 single sentence in the manga who proves krillin is better in ki-manipulation so your subjective conclusion doesn't work in a good article. Against nappa is the funniest part because nappa hits tien several times and he could survive and inflict dammage in nappa's armor,however the great krillin atack had zero effects in nappa's armor. Against nappa one kick and krillin was out tien suffered several blows and he was still abble to fight,so Again your conclusions are biased and sad.Krillin only defeated saibamen with an energetic atack, hand to hand he couldn't handle them like tien did.Remember goku and piccolo only could hurt raditz with energy blasts but hand to hand they were a lot weaker which means krillin could hurt energetically Nappa never physically .Even krillin himself states in the manga tien and piccolo are the stronger ones but in your fan mind you refuse to face the facts. Krillin never attacks cell several times that is filler doesn't count,movies are filler too.In the final battle against cell krillin was the last one to help the z-fighters,which means your previous statement is a lie.Tien stopped a energy blast with his Tri beam and gohan was scared with that blast after that buutenks+ piccolo says tien was pretty strong and against krillin he never said anything, but of course, conveniently you forgot that part.Nice try using that. And yeah Krillin did surprise Piccolo but he lost like always with a single blow and he couldn't force piccolo to take the weights instead tien forces goku to take the weights.Tambourine defeated as always krillin with a single kick. Almost nothing is stated in this article. Tien also proves he has a lot better ki manipulation than krillin when he masters mafuba alone in 3 days and mutaito took a year to do it. Against zarbon, cell jr,etc krilin as always was scared and in the anime you like to mention he is the first one defeated against cell jr and when Yamcha, Tenshinhan, Krillin, and Piccolo shoot energy blasts at Cell and Cell blows all of the them away, Krillin is blown away first, then Yamcha, then Tenshinhan and finally Piccolo. Even before they decide to help out Gohan, Tenshinhan goes to help before Krillin and Yamcha,lol.Krillin was a good clown used for comic relief,that's all even against androids he tried to use bulma's idea to skip the fight,lol.

Sorry not a fan boy and your personal attacks are fun. If you want to know I like Krillin but he is not my favorite character. If you want to know its Son Gohan, Mirai Trunks, and Son Goku. Krillin is not my favorite. Lets get that personal attack straight! Now in my statement did I say anything about who was stronger? No! I pointed out that his Ki manipulation was better than most character. I will still say this Tien comes close. I agree with you earlier on he was way better than Krillin but Krillin came up very fast. This Nappa arguement of yours is silly. One of the weakest villain of DBZ. Again I did not say he was stronger than Tien. But Krillin was the only person that could have killed Nappa if not for Vegeta's inteference. Next the other Z-fighter had training from Kaiosama where only Krillin got a power boost tha was not enough to fight the Ginyu Force but afterwards he trained, suppasing Yamcha, and equal to Tien without Kaio's training. Now again did I say Krillin was stronger? No. I said he was proven himself in battle against stronger enemies. More than Tien with includes movies and anime fillers. Manga wise I will agree that Tien is stronger but Krillin has proven much better against foes. I believe in the manga and rather use it here but Ki man- Krillin has shown he is much more better than others and I will give it to you and say equal to Tien, with the exception of Goku. In it it says his Ki man- is better than most fighters. It did not give off names other than most Saiyans or what side they were on. It said he was the strongest Pure human character in the series. Tien was never comfirmed or denided if he was a pure human. read the atricle again. You look like you read only what you want. One more thing. I did say Tiem's TriBeam stopped Buu's attack on Gohan. Read youngster. and Yamcha was the first to fall in there help with Gohan against Cell's Kamehameha. But it was Krillin next to Piccolo in that fight after the first knock down. OK i give you all the credit and i'm sorry about the fanboy thing and you convinced me in some points.My favourite character isn't tien either but Uub,Vegeta,Trunks and super-17.However,Krillin never came up very fast(again you make assumptions without any evidence) because he was always weaker than tien or piccolo or else toriyama could point the awesome krillin progress in android arc and he didn't.Also after the training from kaiohsama krillin doesn't reach tien's level or else toriyama had the chance to state something big like that.About Nappa's arguement: Nappa was going to let the destructo disc hit him coz being cocky, until Vegeta told him not to.And Krillin got beat by Nappa in one hit, while Tien didn't.There's no real evidence krillin has more ki-m than others like i previously said piccolo junior by himself alone learned how to fly which proves he was better than krillin,again i repeat it is stated in the manga tri-beam and makkanko sappo requires more ki-manipulation control than kamehameha-so your basis for ki-M talent doesn't work.I'm afraid that some "rule" that you made up does not stand at all. There is no such rule that any statement made by a character in the story, never backed up with any additional evidence should be viewed as proof except of course the daizenshuu 7 approved by AT who uses that book to clarify some points like he said in the introduction. About the energy blast deflected by tien: I will say that Buu himself an incredible strong creature said himself that Tenshinhan was pretty strong and that is enough,see Buu does say that, in the japanese manga. Also Gohan was shocked at Tenshinhan's power,if you can't remember that how can you say the blast was weak ? Besides he was able to deflect Buu's attack, this is partly why Gohan was shocked.Anyway you basing your whole arguement on belittling Tenshinhan and Guru's power up, that was Kuririn's only boost. Tenshinhan's way of training is much more effecient, this is why he's always been stronger in DBZ. Kuririn got a power up but he didn't learn anything, unlike Tenshinhan who trained with Kaio during an entire year under 10 gravity. As the characters progress their power grows higher, faster. Example when they were in the Saiyan saga they went from hundreds to thousands,later thousands to millions and the logic is that so the difference between humans/tien and super namek piccolo/sayans is still in the millions which is a lot,but all of them are in the millions. Tenshinhan went from 250 to 1830 in just a year from earth training, though he had been around for 20 years he only got around 350 (and piccolo 408), and he'd been training a lot, now in just a year he excelled to near 2,000 even goku a sayan only improved in 3 years 70 units he came up from 260 to 330 in 23 BT,later against nappa krillin had 1083 and piccolo 1220 which proves they improve in the same pace,so when some ignorants say humans or a semi-human like tien couln't surpass ginew it makes me laugh because it is pathetic and dumb, in the end all of them were a lot stronger than freezer. So there's no reason he couldnt go from 1,830 to 120,000 and beat the ginew force especially with Kaio's training. It wouldnt be that hard to achieve for Tenshinhan yamcha or kuririn in the same training conditions. Everyone seems to not realize that as DBZ continues peoples power gets higher and higher A LOT faster. So evidently they can increase their strength by a good ways still.. EVERYone increases faster, regardless of how the train.When one person trains a certain way the rest do it and get a huge increase too. Like Goku a sayan using the RoSaT as a kid for like 3 months and getting almost nothing , then using it full a year and increasing by the millions. So when some fans make the WRONG ASSUMPTION the humans or an alien descent like tien couldn't have powerlevels in the millions they are wrong and can't understand DB increase power logic.

Krillin, Manga wise, Dracula man(tien wasn't in the show yet), Goku, Muten Roshi (Jackie Chun), Tambourine, Piccolo, not several Saibemen actually he destroyed several with energy blasts it is different to handle them hand to hand , Nappa, Vegeta(he never fights vegeta one to one), Guldo, Reacoom, Ginyu in Goku's body with gohan's help; Freeza 2nd and final form(you are joking right,to run isn't fight) Cell Jr, Cell, and a encounter with Buu.Ok in the fillers and movies you are right. But if you count as a fight Kuririn being knocked out by a kick everytime ex:nappa, reecom that's OK. Finally tenshinhan's article says tien is human which is a lie and wrong so if you combine the 2 articles people make the wrong assumption tien is a pure human.You are just going by what you see as facts and that is wrong.

Well I will say I am wrong on somethings. Been awhile since I read my mangas. ( I'm deployed overseas.....you can guess where) so I have to look at my mangas again. I am going off memory and not the facts they put in the article. Its just AT focused more on Krillin then Tien and I was going off my knowledge of that. Thanks for the insight. I was not going off that Tien was not a pure human just that with his abilities at first sight after the saiyans appeared fans started to assume Tien could be something else. So thats why people say pure human. After going though my complete memory of the manga it does not say anything about Ki-m but remember it does not have to say something for it to be true and Krillin has show he can use ki in some very creative was. I will say Goku, Piccolo, Gotenks, and Tien are the only ones above or equal to Krillin on using ki in such ways (Remember Gohan, Vegeta, Goten, and Both Trunks used their abilities for pure force and not stratigic). I dont care if Tien or Krillin is stronger. Only care that is ability to use ki and (combined) his provence against foes. Thats why I said he was above the rest. Because against most characters or compared to them Krillin despite his weakness and cowardly ways has shown these to be true. Also the showing of the foes list I was talking about when he lost, got killed or knocked out. Against Freeza he did not run...much lol but he did show Freeza he may have been waeker than him he was strong enough to hold him off. Also Tien beat a saibaman but he did not kill it. Krillin did not fight because he was mad at Yamchu's death he desided to attack all including Nappa and Vegeta. I did not mean Krillin beat anyone just he proven more against enemies thats all. So you have to look at it at a more direct way and not by what is said. the only thing i don't agree with is that saying about him being the strongest human alive. You are wrong in the Gohan against Cell's Kamehameha scenario Yamcha is blown away first, then krillin, then Tenshinhan and finally Piccolo.Check in youtube.

After EVERYONE got knockdown the first and I believe second time when there was only two at a time firing on Cell before Cell finally stop them from helping. I know the order they fell first. Kuririn has as much talent for ki manipulation as does Yamucha or Tenshinhan. Sure, he could make his Kakusandan blast move in different directions, like in the fight with the Saibamen, but I remember seeing Goku use his Kamehameha and prove himself able to move it in a different direction during the fight with Raditz, and that was a year before Kuririn used that move. The only thing that makes Kuririn special is that he was the first person seen to demonstrate a properly formed, charged Kienzan disk (and say the name of the attack too), although I'm sure other characters would've mastered the attack before him too (example: Vegeta, see DBZ manga volume 4), just never really used it in battle much. Although, it was pretty impressive of him to use multiple Kienzans, and even cut off Freeza's tail with it. And actually, the first time Nappa was really hurt was when Piccolo and Kuririn did that sneak attack on him, though unfortunately, Gohan was too much of a wimp to follow up the attack. get their names right

i don't know what source you all are turning to for their english names but you should be looking at the english translation of the cartoons. they don't call him krillin kuririn. they don't call frieza freezer. they don't call bardock burdock. where are you getting all these names from? you should rename Vegeta's article Bejita.

The subtitles on the Japanese track on FUNimation's DVDs use these names. Takuthehedgehog 18:13, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
