Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because... (your reason here) --Carbryer (talk) 10:43, 2 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

There is a page called LED lamps in Wikipedia, but it has only a few lines about tubes. This is why we think that an own page is needed for LED tubes.

Reference for edit to main page

[edit]

I removed an incorrect statement that LED tubes don't contain fluorescent materials. Most white LEDs used in lighting do contain fluorescent materials: White LEDs. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DavidAmis (talkcontribs) 23:29, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Problem understanding

[edit]

"Some models are only compatible with magnetic ballasts, but models that can be installed in any old fluorescent tube luminaire are also available on the market."

Sorry this sentence seems not correct. Maybe the idea was "Some models are only compatible with electronic ballast, but... "  ?
