Standard wikipedia aircraft naming convention for military aircraft that don't have given names per DoD is manufacturer's name then model number, so this article has been renamed from C-21 Learjet to Learjet C-21 because Learjet is the manufacturer, and per DoD 4120.14L [1], there is no given name for this aircraft.
