That may indeed be possible, I only checked text samples in Google - if it is, please feel free to remove the COPYVIO tag. You can also check for paraphrasing by using the Duplication detector. I'm only saying that there is a possibility here, that's why I haven't tagged the article for deletion. Some of the details (features listed etc) are the same, given that this is an article on the same topic, but the text here is written differently. As such, I am now removing the tag.
