I think we should delete this page on "Lifan Yuan." It is already covered in a separate article "Court of Colonial Affairs." Moreover, the characterization in this page is inaccurate - Lifan Yuan is not a predecessor to the Zongli Yamen. Moreover, Lifan Yuan has never dealt with diplomacy and "foreign affairs" as this page suggests.
