Reception

[edit]

We really need to work out the reception here. At a minimum, we need reviews from the following publications to be at least considered:

The Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Telegraph, The New York Times, The New York Times Book Review, The Times Literary Supplement, The New York Review of Books, The Spectator, and The London Review of Books.

While not quite as notable as these premier outlets, New English Review published a review that notably suggests that Amis's prose is floundering.Stealstrash (talk) 05:07, 21 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. I initially just included two of the reviews I read, and never got to adding any more of them. You're obviously welcome to add more. As for the "citation needed" you've added, obviously the remark I've made should be cited within the reviews following it (it was my impression from the reviews I read). I'll add a few more in the upcoming week and if it turns out to be an overstatement, I'll rephrase it. Shilton (talk) 16:21, 21 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
