Lisa Andrews joined the Darwin Newsroom in March 2006 after graduating from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Journalism.

Born and bred in the Territory's capital, she was more than happy to return home and as court reporter covered the murder appeal of backpacker killer Bradley John Murdoch.

In May 2007 Lisa became Darwin’s weekend presenter and sports reporter.

A former triathlete, Lisa now likes to play netball and in her spare time enjoys going to the beach.
