Duplication?

I noticed that there are already (or were subsequently) separate articles for every SkyTrain station on the system. We could probably do with incorporating the info already here into the articles if needed, and instead make this a simpler (and complete) list. Otherwise it's nothing but duplication. I'm tempted to delete and add right now, but I prefer to get feedback first before doing stuff like that. Thanks--Keefer4 06:55, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

Until we resolve what to do with this, I'll link each one in this list to its article.--Keefer4 06:56, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
This article was supposed to deal with all of the non-notable articles. It's a replacement. — Selmo (talk) 21:12, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

Ridership stats

SRE.K.A.L.24 recently reverted my addition of ridership stats (and explanation of what local authority means) saying that:

  • the figures are old, from 2003
  • ridership figures don't belong in wikipedia

To the first point, the figures are dated, but they are the best available, from what I can tell. Is this reason enough to exclude them?

Secondly, EmarseeSRE.K.A.L.24 thinks ridership figures shouldn't be in Wikipedia. However, if you look at Category:FL-Class Rapid transit articles, 5 of 7 articles have ridership figures, Vancouver being one of the lists without figures. Stats come from mostly from 2008, 2006/07 for St Louis, and 2001/02 for Olso.

I was actually inspired to add ridership stats to the SkyTrain article because of inclusion in the other lists. Should we put the information we have into wikipedia? —fudoreaper (talk) 22:37, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

When have I stated ridership figures shouldn't be in Wikipedia? If I have, please point it out as I don't remember. In fact, I believe ridership figures should be included, and I think TransLink has a study on how many riders they have and they project to have.  єmarsee Speak up! 04:35, 9 May 2009 (UTC)
Sorry Emarsee, i misread the changelog. I corrected the first mention of your name, but not the second. My apologies for the confusion. I've edited the above to show the original, but also what i intended. Cheers, —fudoreaper (talk) 12:46, 9 May 2009 (UTC)

Misleading image

As a list of skytrain stations, it seems odd to have images showing bus stations. I had to do a double take to make sure there was no skytrain built to UBC! Can be very confusing for somebody not from the city. Mattximus (talk) 15:43, 14 September 2015 (UTC)
