Additions for Belgium

The following bike registers appear to exist in Belgium:

• https://www.bikebank.be (Antwerpen province)

commercial, free or official? legally required or (temporary) service?

Could we indicate more clearly: 1) services by commercial companies, which require a one-time or continuos fee; 2) free initiatives by people, organisations or offices (e.g. police) 3) other?; And A) services which are based on some initiative (nonprofit or commercial) which may come and which also may go at any time; B) systems which are required by law - such as the (here missing) systems in France ([1], initiated by Bicycode, but also available from Decathlon and currently 8 more companies), the required system in Denmark and probably a required system in Norway? --Traut (talk) 14:18, 2 December 2023 (UTC)
