How do we know then just how deep the ocean is, if man has never reached the bottom, what's to say that lifeforms or religious beliefs arnt actually below sea level on the bed. If we can't get down their physically due to obviously natural circumstances (If we did, we would be crushed by the pressure), how can we believe in any such thing! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.10.81.111 (talkcontribs)

According to the linked pages, the Puerto Rico and the South Sandwich trenches should be reversed and the depths are different. Dan Fabulon (talk) 21:11, 10 March 2008 (UTC)Daniel[reply]
