Here are some notes for some highways that need to be moved to their articles once they're created (there's no place for them in the table) -
- K-154, part of it originally part of US 154.
- K-156, originally US 156 until 1982.
- K-177, including Flint Hills Scenic Byway

This state's highway naming convention is up for debate above. Feel free to participate. --Rschen7754 (talk - contribs) 05:46, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
New expansion of the pipe trick
[edit]As one of the two states to continue using parenthetical disambiguation, you may be interested to know about an expansion of the pipe trick. An example is probably best: go to K-15 (Kansas highway) and preview an addition of the text [[|K-20]]. The pipe trick now expands this to K-20. --NE2 21:28, 7 October 2006 (UTC)

Important reference doesn't exist
[edit]The first reference, "Access Management Policy 2013 - KDOT" is either a dead link or never existed. Suggest removing the statement if the statement regarding KS highways within cities cannot be verified. Anyone updating this reference may want to archive the page elsewhere on the web if the referenced site frequently changes how pages are named/directed. SEKluth (talk) 20:13, 1 November 2020 (UTC)
Routes removed
[edit]@Fredddie: Another user recently removed a bunch of routes from the list. I am contacting you because I don't have the power to undo the revisions and thought you could help. Thanks -420Traveler (talk) 16:11, 11 January 2022 (UTC)
- What are you talking about? I'm not an administrator. Anyway @Meltdown627: I have undone your edits here. For completeness's sake, all of those spurs have to be in the main state highway list. A reader who doesn't know that K-138 is a spur wouldn't be able to find that highway because it wasn't on the list. –Fredddie™ 19:28, 11 January 2022 (UTC)
- @Fredddie: Sorrrry to bother you. Anyway thanks for fixing this. -420Traveler (talk) 17:32, 12 January 2022 (UTC)
