film reception section could use a rework

[edit]

Despite the overwhelming consensus being negative, the reception section spends much more time and space on the few and far between positive statements. Wickedjacob (talk) 00:01, 21 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

My source is me and what I see in this film. You might say this is a Lassie Film because this young man is innocent, the type of human being who hasn't developed on the Human side of being a Human Being. Like Lassie this boy is a Being not a twisted up mess of a Human Being as most adults are. Humans will evolve, maybe in as little as a million years they will be capable transcending the garbage that permeates the average normal (insane) nature of present day human beings. The trouble some reviewers have is getting past the idea that an 1 1/2 hour movie made for entertainment purposes needs to have the death of the hero to make it a worthwhile piece of work. Critics have to make a living too but why trash a feel good movie. It’s a latin american made movie, a place of predominantly Catholic Christians so where in latin america is the best source of a Spirituality. The Spirituality is the heavy element in this story. It’s outrageous that in California today Japanese people are segregated somewhat in their thinking and lifestyles, etc. so people need to be reminded of their abuse in this country. Reviewing this film negatively is a mistake made by Unconscious people checking off the boxes based on their own and their borrowed versions of a drama appreciation checklist. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.180.41.224 (talk) 05:51, 10 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
