I note that TapticInfo (talk · contribs) removed the merge template on the target without an edit comment with this edit on the 4th August, I suppose because they thought it stale and without merit. Given that the merge therefore hasn't been properly advertised for some time perhaps it's best to start again, should anyone still think that the case for a merge holds.
