The mmcache website says nothing (obvious) about being deprecated as claimed in the article. Can someone confirm this is an active project or provide other information about this product? --Wm (talk) 06:07, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

It hasn't been updated since 2003. Dmitry Stogov, the developer, was hired by Zend, presumably to work on their cache/accelerator. MMCache was forked into eAccelerator and others continued his work. —Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 15:15, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
