My father was the executive producer and a writer on the show. The information I posted is from memory as I worked on the show, designing various props and sketch title graphics. I did a search for "Madhouse Brigade" and found the links that I used for verification. I believe we have the only remaining copies of the 13 episodes. They are in an old video format (3/4 inch u-matic), so I plan to have them digitized and then I can watch the shows and make note of the credits and include those as well.
