His name is Maito Gai in the current english manga and even in the english dubbed anime. There is no reason to change his his name to Might Guy since its even Maito Gai in the original japanese format. Though Kishimoto might have at first intended for Gai's name to be Might Guy, it is obviously now Maito Gai, no matter if its japanese or english.
