Talk:Maryborough Education Centre
So i noticed the "tell us why we shouldn't delete this page" stuff plastered of the top of the article. I made a couple changes to kill some of the issues raised. including:
- Source
- It reading like an advertisement
But not being too familiar with wiki the last thing im not too sure about:
- The notability of this article's subject is in question. If notability cannot be established, it may be listed for deletion or removed. Tagged since January 2008.
I suppose this article can be compared to other educational facilities in rural Australian areas. Except the facilities for MEC are more important to the local community than most and the facility stands out because it caters from pre-school all the way through to post secondry education (after grade 12). This is not common in Australia, and for this reason alone it should be considered notable.
When looking at other education facilities in ruralAaust there are a few I know of in Wiki. They tend to be private secondary boarding schools, and alot less interesting than MEC.
