Distilled mead

There is no universally-accepted term for distilled mead, but it is certainly not called "whiskey." A previous contributor appears to have mistaken the name of a Pittsburgh distillery for the name of their distilled mead spirit, which they call "rum", a term normally reserved for distilled fermented cane juice or molasses. 207.153.46.24 (talk) 20:32, 4 February 2024 (UTC)
