Merge idea

This is the most notable (not the only one) Ottoman military band. Therefore it should be merged with that article, provided that the merged text carry a name with the word Mehter or Mehteran. Later a new article should be made on Ottoman army bands or Ottoman military bands, including the Mehteran and the modern military bands (19th-20th Centuries) of the Ottoman Empire. --141.196.204.248 (talk) 10:48, 21 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
