Why is their not much of information on Mesoproterozoic? We need this people/scientists.....for projects....~duh???? send fast peeps

Reading this article, particularly the subdivisions section, there seems to be a lot of filler-type material, which on initial reading I found confusing (e.g. why are the Changhsingian and Induan suddenly mentioned? Re-reading I understand that this is to demonstrate the impact of the dating errors, but its a little abrupt in presentation). Is this a suitable place to discuss the dating errors and the consequent impact? I'd be inclined to remove most of it and leave a sentence summing up the problem, which I'll do if there are no objections. Therizinosaurian (talk) 19:58, 9 February 2014 (UTC)

Just had a quick look for sources and it looks like the lead at least relies heavily on to the point where the first couple of lines are identical. I'm going to go ahead and try to re-write them (And cite!)Therizinosaurian (talk) 20:21, 9 February 2014 (UTC)
