English, English, English!!

I've attempted to clean up some of the English in the Microsoft Garage article, as the previous revision looked quite atrocious at least to my eyes. I also shuttled several obviously-good sentences around hopefully to improve the flow of the language too, and I've reworded others to shorten them up.
