Proposal to merge with 100,000-year problem since the 100,000-year problem is intimately linked with the MPT, and much of the information users seek at Mid-Pleistocene Transition is to be found on the 100-000 year problem page. If not a merger, I suggest the two articles link to each other within the first paragraph, e.g. The 100,000-year problem concerns the explanation of the apparent 100,000 year periodicity of the glacial cycle after the Mid-Pleistocene Transition approximately 1.25–0.7 million years ago. 51.6N0.1W (talk) 16:29, 16 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Opposed: 100,000-year problem is already a good article. Mid-Pleistocene Transition is already found in the See also section as might be expected. Additionally there is a somewhat related recently closed proposal related to linking in the Lede that came down in favor of fewer links in the Lede. —¿philoserf?
