I tried to translate this article (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Middle_East_Research_Institute) to Arabic, but upon publishing, it failed because the "title" or the page has been blacklisted. However, the page is active and updated. I saw that a previous draft, I created some years ago, had been rejected/deleted.
