"The original Asia de Cuba, serving a blend of Asian and Latin cuisine, is under the direction of Jeffrey Chodorow, whose Asia de Cuba outposts in LA’s Mondrian, Scottsdale's Mondrian, St Martins Lane in London and San Francisco’s Clift." What about those outposts? The clause lacks a verb. I assume that "LA's Mondrian" is the name of something (a hotel? a restaurant?) in Los Angeles, California, and that Chodorow has an "outpost," probably (though not definitely) named "Asia de Cuba" there. "Scottsdale's Mondrian" probably refers to something similar in "Scottsdale," wherever that is. Arizona? "St Martins Lane," on the other hand, is probably a lane, rather than a hotel or restaurant, but I don't know. To many Californians, there is only one San Francisco, but not everybody's Californian.
