Integrate with new Tensor (machine learning) article?

[edit]

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems that this article should link somewhere to the recently created Tensor (machine learning) article. Mgnbar (talk) 19:21, 17 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Mgnbar Absolutely not!!! It should not be integrated with the Tensor(machine learning article). (1) The math is wrong. (2) The article reinforces multiple levels of misconceptions based on a misunderstanding of the relationship between neural networks and tensors. Tensor (machine leaning article) is a weird mashup of tensor algebra and machine learning. Why not do a mashup of linear algebra and neural networks? Alexmov (talk) 17:24, 18 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Mgnbar You guys wasted someone's time who created a flawed article because you did not want to distinguish between two different uses of the word dimensionality, and did not want to add one sentence that said:
  • In ML, an M-way array ("data tensor") and a multilinear mapping are referred to as a tensor.
