I do not know why someone keeps adding the Notability statement.

People should know and have the right to know...

Who put it together. Why it was put together. What it contains. What it is for. The History Behind it. When it was first created. etc.

I do not have any more information about it... but would like to see others add to it. This is more than just a "definition".
