Why should the article be kept?

As I mentioned in the edit summary, the project is not just a announcement by a Minister. Feedback Infra Ltd. has bagged the contract, worth Rs 20 crores, to prepare a DPR for the project. Most articles on Expressways in India are about planned/proposed projects because such highways are very new in the country. Ankit2 (talk) 15:42, 31 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
