Is there a standardization for NSS? E.g., how can an administrator know which files are inspected for the datasource files? The man for BSD nsswitch.conf only mentions "Local files, such as /etc/hosts, and /etc/passwd"? Are database names (e.g. "ethers", "automount") standardized? --Abdull (talk) 18:42, 9 July 2012 (UTC)
