Nana-iro Inko / Rainbow Parakeet Switcheroo Request

[edit]

While the original manga title IS Nana-iro Inko, it is commonly recognized on the official Osamu Tezuka site that the proper translation in English for the manga is "Rainbow Parakeet".

Currently, the Rainbow Parakeet page directs here, but I'd much rather see Nana-iro Inko link to Rainbow Parakeet, with Rainbow Parakeet holding all this information.

I figure it'd be more appropriate and make searching among English speaking users much easier.

In addition, I'd also like to see the same happen with Umi No Triton and Triton of the Sea

Performed the Switch

[edit]

I have taken the liberty to move the content of Nana-iro Inko to the page for Rainbow Parakeet. It is my understanding that to maintain Wikiproject standards for anime and manga, titles should be referenced by their English translations, or most commonly used name, when in the English language Wikipedia.

Since Nana-iro Inko is literally translated as Rainbow Parakeet and is acknowledged as such on the official Osamu Tezuka website's English page for Nana-iro Inko:

Rainbow Parakeet at TezukaOsamu@World

I will alter the image to ensure that proper permission is given for use on the Rainbow Parakeet page.
