It is common knowledge for over one hundred years that Naptown refers to Indianapolis, In. Please check the urban dictionary for one: " naptown Nickname for Indianapolis" . I have lived in Maryland since 1974, and only within the last few years is this term being inappropriately used as a local marketing reference.Travel 30 miles into Maryland and it is unknown. Whoever TEDick is he insists on changing this post to maintain the fallacy.
