Article says:

"Other times but rarely, those who refer to themselves as 'natural bodybuilders' may also, for personal or other reasons, choose to:
Avoid legal and naturally-occurring substances that have been prepared in an unnatural way (such as vitamin supplements prepared from animal livers in a laboratory)

Avoid legal and naturally-occurring substances that have been presented in an unnatural form (such as whey protein that is extracted from cow's milk, then desiccated and presented as powder)

Avoid all legal substances that are not naturally-occurring (such as most antibiotics)"

Where in god's name did these assertations come from, and where are the citations??? --Ksteveh 04:35, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

That guy on the pic is definitely not natural, you can see his irregular veins.. But the subject is great and deserves a much larger article. Many people are interested in steroid-free bodybuilding(or at least using steroids only once for startup). IFBB

This article says that the IFBB is not a natural competition, but the IFBB does in fact have rules against the use of banned substances and testing to detect violation of those rules. The IFBB rules are at [1]. Jeremy Reeder (talk) 18:52, 10 February 2011 (UTC)
