Hi, This is a good page but I have one small suggestion for the preivous authors and this its to specifiy which platform is being used to describe the netstat parameters set out in the document. I suspect that the netstat on windows XP is being discussed. Can this be made more clear in the article? Cheers, Rod

they(t&u) are used in the screenshot and are given in some examples on the net but their explanation is not in the man page or easily available. Thanks

use of word "statistics"[edit]

I disagree with using the word "statstics" to refer to any data the command might report. This is not accurate terminology. Only some of the data reported (such as the -e ethernet statistics) are properly called "statistics". Mostly this command reports state, or status.

I do realize this may be carried over from Microsoft documentation for the command.
