Newnew vs. NewNew

The best info I see so far is from Lloyds, but without a subscription I can't read the details in the body of the article; the title reads "China’s NewNew(sic) Shipping Line to add up to 10 more boxships on northern sea route" but without access to the main text I can't see whether individual vessels' names follow the same convention. High North News claim they refer to the 'Dedicated Arctic shipping section on NewNew Shipping Line’s website' when they write 'The company’s NewNew Polar Bear (新新北极熊)...'. Referring on from there to '新新北极熊（NEWNEW POLAR BEAR)' at www.nnsl.cn it is apparent that the shipping line mostly writes (not unreasonably) in Chinese, offering English renderings which are all caps and thus appear not to distinguish about the niceties of initial capitalisation or otherwise.
