Though I did not create this character article, I have previously defended its right to exist because its sourcing seems to establish the topic's notability, and because the challenging editor(s)' assertions that the article is "all plot" are untrue. That said, I am aware of this article's flaws, and am hoping a formal discussion can either help us improve it, or decide by precedent-setting consensus that it should be redirected back to White Walker.
IMO, the White Walker article is more comprehensive, and is not very long, so merging the Night King content back in would not harm its readability. That really does seem like the logical place for info on this character; we don't have (or need) articles for individual wildlings and such like Mance Rayder or Craster. Also, the character is only mentioned in the novel series, and though key in several episodes of the TV series, he has no dialogue, which makes him somewhat of a cypher. I'm interested to her comments from the creator, Dodge Atom, and other editors. Thanks.16:10, 26 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
