This article contains sufficient sources and information, but needs rewritten in an encyclopedic manner

While I am doing minor touch-up, I'd say that this article is reasonably well-written. Then again, you noted the rewrite in December 2006, almost a year ago, so I am not sure of the state of the article at that time.
