This article really could do with an overhaul. Right now it is written in a purely US PoV, when quite a few other countries like France, Belgium and Italy to name a few, have a fully developed NEO-capacity. --81.228.158.36 (talk) 00:08, 5 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
