The animal pictured is not a P. dorsalis. It is a P. cinereas. Captainjack0000 (talk) 22:13, 5 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Actually it was a zigzag salamander, but not the form with the zigzag line on the back you might have been expecting. It can be distinguished from a red-backed salamander by the reddish-orange patches at the base of the front legs. I have now uploaded and added a new image of the other form with the zigzag back line. Loopy30 (talk) 23:53, 23 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
