There is another article O3b Networks, Ltd. covering the same company. This one (the latest), should be deleted. And maybe the original should be renamed to just O3b or O3b Networks. Gotfredsen (talk) 09:03, 9 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As the network is still inoperable publicly, the subject "O3b Networks" does not exist yet. The company does exist though. So for the time being, O3b Networks, Ltd. will be kept the main article and everything else will redirect to it. -- Emana (Talk) 20:13, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination for speedy deletion

I believe this page should be deleted as it is an article page with a disambiguation function that is not really actually required - the 3 articles linked to from this page (O3b MEO, O3b mPOWER and O3b Networks are related to one another, contain links to one another, and all contain "about" hatnotes to redirect readers if they land on the 'wrong' one.

And there is another reason... as the "bca" tag says, the article with this title should be a primary topic article, describing the whole O3b 'concept' with links to the other pages (and back in 2009 it was). However, the article currently called O3b MEO is, in effect, that primary topic article, which I want to rename as "O3b" - but I cannot because this one already exists. And I'd prefer not to simply copy or merge O3b MEO's content into this article as that will effectively lose the large/valuable history of O3b MEO).

So, I propose deleting this "O3b" article so I can subsequently move O3b MEO to "O3b" (and then improve it and sort out all the links). If you think there's a better way to achieve this, please let me know! Satbuff (talk) 08:39, 1 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
