Split proposal[edit]

The article covers two different and separate organizations on the same page: ONUCA is a regional mission for Central America, while ONUSAL is a specific mission for El Salvador (just as MINUGUA was for Guatemala). I created a draft for ONUSAL. It is pending review and will probably need a fair amount of cleaning up. This article will also have to be significantly shortened once the new article is released as well, since the article is mainly just the second portion of this one.
