What SEC wants?

I liked mentioning that the SEC doesn't want pink sheets stocks to trade at multiples.

You and I know that someone can option some lakefront property for a price that represents a multiple of the option, and theoretically, this would be the logic behind arguing speculation is warranted on the pinks, as well as the larger boards. But business typically is nowhere near leverage of this scale, much to the dismay of entrepreneurs worldwide.

What the SEC expressly opposes is promotion, but we know what they mean...
