Olasiti is a hood south east of Arusha, it is mentioned as one of the local places in Arusha. It was originally owned by the Waarusha before the swahili started buying land from the Waarusha, creating a mixed environments of people from different places. Olasiti has a Ward Primary school (Shule ya Msingi Olasiti) and a secondary school (olasiti Secondary school). Olasiti has a soccer team Olasiti Fc which is in the Arusha District League.
