What actually is it?![edit]

This article is quite seriously flawed in my opinion, because whilst going to great lengths to describe what is there, it doesn't actually describe what Omoto Locomotive Dump actually is - are the locos on sidings, or just stacked on each other, or just thrown off the edge of a cliff, or what?
