Untitled[edit]

It is really quite less to be found in the internet about operational planning respective plan of operations. Ashtoning less considering the mathematical theory back the matter, however relationed with decisions under uncertainly, probability, operations research, and considering the relationship with (todays favorite matter of) business intelligence (BI). Is anyone interested to contribute to this matter here? Grüsse ruynk

What are the procedures used in operational planing?[edit]

It have been mentionned that operational plan addresses four questions about the organization: Where are we now? Where do we want to be? How do we get there? How do we measure our progress?

Could anyone specify how it does adress these questions? What are the tools and procedures? — Preceding unsigned comment added by أمين-مساهم (talkcontribs) 18:32, 24 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
