The opossum shrimp has a translucent outer shell that it uses to hide from predators. It lives in seaweed near beaches. It is called the opossum shrimp because it has a pouch that it carries its' babbies in. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.63.68.72 (talk) 22:02, 15 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
