In chemistry of color orthochromasia or orthochromasy is a more general term meaning the nature of retaining the true color and not behaving in a metachromatic way. --Dr.saptarshi (talk) 09:52, 18 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Orthochromatic photography

[edit]

What do people think of splitting off the Orthochromatic photography section to its own article? Alternatively, it might work well as part of the Panchromatic film article, probably with a rename. As is, the section dominates the article, which should probably focus on the subject of chemical analysis more. (I know about film photography, but little of chemical staining techniques.) — HTGS (talk) 02:23, 19 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
