  • What I think should be changed: The article states that I "served as a Captain in the US Army Medical Corp...". "Purcell then graduated from Davidson College and the UNC School of Medicine".
  • Why it should be changed: I could not have served as a Captain in the US Army Medical Corps without a medical license which as you know comes after college and Medical School. Please correct this by simply removing the word "then" from the sentence above "Purcell then..."
  • References supporting the possible change (format using the "cite" button): There are no references except that the statement is not correct as printed except that to serve as a physician in the Army Medical Corps one must have a Medical license which one can obtain only after graduating from medical school, not before as implied in the article.
