Protection from Vandalism

[edit]

In the last week alone there have been a number of nonsensical vandalism attacks on this pretty inconspicuous page, so if an admin feels it warrants protection, I'd strongly encourage it. The whole deal is starting to get out of hand, but its on my watchlist. My "Final Edit" edit pieced together the best parts of what the article was in its heyday, and further edits should be built off it unless someone really wants to come up with something special. This is not vandalism. I am a Paige as well born in 1971. The name has become popular now due to be used on TV. However, it's being pronounced like page and now i have to explain it all the time. This is an English name and because it has an "i" in it. The correct way of saying Paige is opposite of the color beige with a "P" in front. This came from my great grandma who was very much into proper English. Could you please correct the site? Kids are pronouncing their children’s names incorrectly. - Thanks

    • im not correcting just giving a pont of view a page was sent from Lords from castle to castle the 'i' makes the name feminine.

a page is also a leaf or leaflet in a manuscript, letter, book, etc ~ the Lord of a castle would send a 'page' or 'message' to another

the i as in the french make the work feminine

its just a message
