Merger proposal

I propose this be merged with Preterite. Past historical is a stub, while preterite is more fully developed. More importantly, the two terms mean the same thing - the intro to preterite states "The preterite (also [...] past historic)". I see no distinction between the two, but I only understand the preterite in one language other than English, so it's possible I'm wrong. Bsimmons666 (talk) 03:31, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
