According to the IMDb, he is of half Polish half French descent. However, here it says that he was born to Jewish immigrants from England. --200.93.196.236 00:17, 22 January 2006 (UTC)

Yes indeed. That's why IMDB seriously needs to stop making up information and then not fixing it when better informed people come along. From [1] "Growing up with English parents who happened to be Jewish in a section of town that was not Jewish, I always felt like the outsider, alienated in some way. "

I'm no apologist for IMDB, but the truth is that they have no better sources of information than Wikipedia has. Virtually anyone can contribute data to IMDB, just as in Wikipedia. I don't think it's generally the case that they "make up" information. JackofOz 04:47, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

Why does it say in the box that he was born in Kansas, but in the biography it says he was born in New Jersey?

I'm pretty sure that, during the commentary, it was Jonah Hill who said that he drove a Prius, not Paul Rudd. Jonah told a story that someone keyed the word "Gay" onto his Prius. Then, on a later date, Jonah drunkenly keyed "Not" above the word "Gay" on his own car.

Band of Brothers?

Paul Rudd was in Band of Brothers on HBO. Please add this series to his credits. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 162.115.236.120 (talk) 14:15, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Paul Rudd was not in Band of Brothers. Eion Bailey the guy who plays Webster looks like Paul Rudd. But Rudd was certainly not in Band of Brothers.

Personal Life?

I noticed that his info box says that he is married and has one child, but there's no mention in the body of the article. I know next to nothing about him, so I don't want to add in info that I don't have, but if anyone knows more about his personal life, please add! I'll try to find a reliable source that has some mention of his life outside of acting. Joliefille 04:33, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

I was looking for another actor named Paul Rudd who was in the movie "The Betsy". I can't find any information about him. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.54.143.5 (talk) 07:54, 28 January 2009 (UTC)

I Love You, Man redirected?

Why does the link for I Love You, Man redirect to Paul Rudd? Aside from the fact that he's acting in it, is there nothing to add to that it must be redirected to this article? Chan Yin Keen | Talk 18:03, 2 March 2008 (UTC)

Incorrect/Removed

I removed this line:

"He is sometimes considered a member of the "Frat Pack", a group of high-grossing comedic actors."

It was in the initial descriptive paragraph about Paul Rudd. I removed it because it is incorrect. Paul Rudd is not a member of the group of comedic actors called the "Frat Pack". I'm sure eventually someone will coin a term for the group that is Seth Rogen, Jason Segel, Elizabeth Banks, Johan Hill, and Paul Rudd (and maybe Andy Samberg and Bill Hader), but there isn't one now as far as I know. I do know he's not part of the Frat Pack, though. Xprivate eyex (talk) 20:10, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

I Love You Man singing stuff

Just wondering - should we note that Rudd did a cover of Rush's Lime Light; its featured on the soundtrack. - Arcayne (cast a spell) 12:46, 16 August 2009 (UTC)
