note

[edit]

Stop removing the Gatorade comparison numbers. Some people might want to actually KNOW that stuff without buying a bottle of each, figuring out what "mEq" means, and doing the math themselves. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.109.228.165 (talk) 19:12, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Self-published

[edit]

I don't think the self-published tag is necessary. The Pedialyte site is used as a reference only once and it is not unduly self-serving. Tripnoted (talk) 18:23, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I believe the self-published tag was referring to the Chow.com article claiming that it is a hangover helper. I similarly found the source questionable and have removed the offending material. --Amlz (talk) 01:40, 29 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sucrose vs. sucralose

[edit]

It is ironic that this article mentions that sucrose can cause diarrhea, which is true for people with a rare condition, but fails to mention that the artificial sweeteners used very commonly cause diarrhea in persons with no such abnormality. 100.36.134.191 (talk) 03:34, 13 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
